By accessing or using our website, booking forms, or communication channels linked from this site (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are written in clear language for a general audience, but they are legally binding. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must supervise your use and provide necessary consents.
By using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

2) Medical Information & Emergency Disclaimer

Using the Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A relationship is formed only when you visit the clinic or otherwise receive care from our dental professionals.

3) Appointments, Reminders & Communications

Online requests help schedule appointments but are subject to confirmation by the clinic. Appointment times may change based on clinical need or availability.
By sharing your contact details, you consent to receive service communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders, pre/post-care instructions) via SMS/phone/WhatsApp/email. You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time.

Clinical care provided at the clinic is governed by separate consents and policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharanya Dental, its doctors, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any law or third-party rights.

12) Changes, Availability & Termination

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting with the “Effective date” above. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) without notice if we believe it is necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site. Where applicable, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us (see Section 15).

14) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sharanya Dental regarding your use of the Site.
